you can order by fax or email:
for orders by fax please fill out the order form, then print and fax it. for orders by email please put all information into the body of the email (check the order form for required for required information). please do not attach the order form, as it can't be read.

after receiving your order we will send you a confirmation of your order and an invoice containing our account details. please transfer the total amount due and do not forget to provide your name and the invoice number. you will take delivery of the goods ordered about 1 - 14 days after we have obtained payment.
